Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles in Pasadena is not as crowded as the Pico location, but the same good chicken and other food items on the menu.

"Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles is still the best for as long as I been driving to LA area from San Diego. I don't know how they do it, but all Roscoes has the same crispy, very tastey, fired chicken...." more »
