Great experience with BMW MINI Repair. My BMW 325i warranty recently expired, I needed new brake pads and rotors. I had no idea where to goall I know is that I was never, ever returning to Santa Monica BMW, which used, abused and cheated me for 3 years. I called several different places and felt very comfortable with these guys on the phone. They are friendly, honest, Professional,Factory Trained and all the Factory tools and Computer Scanner,quick and explain everything. My brakes were fixed in less than 24 hours, and my car washed when I picked it up (Santa Monica BMW used to return my car dirtier than I left it!. I am very pleased with the reasonable pricing 25 % less than BMW dealer. The friendly and quality service I received. Thanks I will be back!‎

Best MBZ when it comes to service and quality of work. With many years of experience on Mercedes, and they are factory trained, certified, technicians,, you'll know why these guys have been around that long. I have a 500SL Mercedes which i have problem with idle and check engine light on ?, it is too high and my ABS light is on, i have been to so many Mercedes shops and dealerships and every one of them tried to sell me idle control actuator and ABS control unit and they were giving me very OUTRAGEOUS high prices i started asking my friend for a good Mercedes repair shop that is a trustful Mercedes shop, they recommended Mercedes Autotech is the best Qualified Mercedes service center, as soon as i arrived and i explained my problem and in the matter of a minute, they opened my hood hook the Mercedes Scan tool computer diagnose and found a burned fuse top of the overload protection relay my idle started working normal and my ABS light went off and my car is running great, they charge me one hour labor only. From now on i will never take my car to any other place, ONLY to Mercedes Autotech are the best Mercedes qualified repair shop they are the real deal!
