Nightmare! Misrepresented product and credentials once you pay upfront in full they have no interest in your satisfaction. I went for the consutation to learn about Scultra f to fill the hollows under my eyes and in my cheeks.
Edith sold me on Dr Ourian expertise even mentioned he was a cosmetic surgeon and Radiesse was the best filler as it would last 2-3 years. (Guaranty Package Purchased) Charged $6,500 crazy but, being in my fourties and working in the beauty industry I felt desperate.

Well ladies for one month my cheeks looked great but, then I cheeks deflated and my under eye hollows looked the same (awful). The third time Dr Ourian injected my cheeks I knew something went very wrong as my right cheek was burned brown raised skin.

Dr Ourian offered no medical explanation just let me leave his office in tears, a few weeks later I visited a Plastic Surgeon and he explained what went wrong!

Dr Ourian made a BIG MISTAKE during my injections but, he was cruel and neglient in ignoring medical treatment after the fact. Maybe the fact that he is a family physician with no board certification in dermatogy or plastic surgery was a determing factor in the way he choose to dis miss me?
A few months after the fact while I was still hiding in my home he called and apologized for his lack of care and offered to see me. Clearly, I just wanted my money refunded so I can be treated elsewhere.
Dr Ourian agreed to a full refund and 24 hours later I showed up at his office and his Lawyer/manager said he changed his mind! ( No explanation)

Everything is perfect. The only place you don?t need any touch up. Thank you Dr. Ourian.

Dr. Ourian-You?re the Best!

?I have been a patient of Dr. Ourian and Epione for over the last three years. I had read about Dr. Ourian and his work in various magazines (Glamour, Marie Claire, etc.) and had also seen his amazing infomercials on television. At the time that I considered making my first visit to Epione, I was feeling very blue - having turned 40 and seeing the wear and tear of all my years of smoking and fun in the sun on my face. Before I made the actual appointment, however, I decided to quit smoking, end an long term unhealthy relationship I was involved in, and start a healthy exercise/eating regimen. I then vowed to myself that I would do something special for me to try and reverse the signs of aging that was staring back at me each time I looked in the mirror. When I went to Epione, I was embraced with kindness and support from Dr. Ourian and all of his staff. I immediately decided to do the Cool Laser procedure, then Botox, and Juvederm. All processes were explained to me fully, and the results I got from each were fabulous! This year, I will be 44 years old and I have never looked better! Thank you, Epione and Dr. Ourian, for giving me my youth back. I now have a significant other who is 10 years my junior and have been enjoying life to the fullest in every way!?
