Had to file a complaint on them
I had to file a complaint about this Healthcare Partners branch to my HMO. I had a vaccination schedule for a certain day, needed to reschedule, and could NEVER get anyone on the phone. Called several times, left a few messages, and was never called back. It's one thing to be busy, but when you're dealing with health, you need to get back to your patients.
