money making operation
They tried repeatedly to sell me very expensive generic items that I could buy over the counter at target for 75% less than what they were charging.

Friendly and caring
The staff at this Banfield location are wonderful, helpful and genuinely care. They went the extra mile to assure that my dog and myself were comfortable. They took extra steps to take care of Duke in his time of need, on this occasion as well as everytime we visit.
